Your first visit – new patient comprehensive exam

• Please plan for 60 minutes in our office, to allow sufficient time for paperwork, an examination, x-rays (if necessary) and discussion.
• Please bring a complete list of any medications you are presently taking, including vitamins, herbs, minerals and OTC products (like Aspirin/Advil).
• Please write down any questions you have for Dr. Silver in advance, so he can completely address all of your concerns or issues.

Payment Methods

• We accept checks, cash, Zelle and most major credit cards.
• We submit to all major insurance plans.

Dental Insurance

Dental insurance can help make your treatment more affordable, but it’s best understood as a benefit plan designed to offset treatment costs rather than full coverage. It may not cover every aspect of the care you need. 

Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. As a courtesy, we’ll submit your claims and any required paperwork for you.

At our office, your treatment recommendations are always based on your individual dental health needs—not on the limitations of an insurance plan. Dr. Silver will work closely with you to create a treatment plan that supports your long-term oral health and comfort. While you are ultimately responsible for the cost of your care, we’ll do everything we can to make the process smooth and transparent.
